In 1998 Ron and Alice Sanders began Permco, Inc. to provide health insurance and retirement to the staff that worked at their temporary staffing business, People Plus, Inc. Their daughter, Amy Sanderson, who was also the accountant for People Plus, Inc. ran the payroll and benefits as the CFO for Permco. In February 2020, Amy and her husband Matt, bought the business from Ron, renamed it Permco HR, and continue on the family legacy.

Margo Scott is your payroll and benefits administrator. Margo started with Permco HR in March 2020.
Margo has 25+ years of financial/banking experience with the past 6 years in payroll, business management and HR. Graduated from Owens Community College in Accounting. She made Madisonville her home in 1994 when her husband's job brought them to Kentucky.
Community involvement: Madisonville Rotary Club member since 2006 where she served many years as cheer commissioner and 3 terms as secretary.
Active member at Madisonville First United Methodist Church where she has served as Mother’s Day Out/Nursery Coordinator, volunteer youth leader, and multiple terms on the finance committee.
